Center PD Arrests Six on Suspected Drug Charges

Officers had received information from several credible sources that narcotics were being dealt out of the residence of 439 Miles Street. This is the residence of Donny Jaramillo and Chris Harvey. After subsequent surveillance confirmed the presence of narcotics sales, Center Police Officers filed for a search warrant of the property.

At approximately noon, Officers executed the search warrant with the assistance of the Saguache County Sheriff’s Office and the Alamosa Parole Officers. Officers interrupted what appeared to be a party that was starting. Present at the residence were Chris Harvey, Lenite Harvey, Letisia Serna, Francisco Villa-Lopez and Kayla Muniz. Chris and Lenite were stopped as they left the premise in a vehicle and the other subjects were detained inside the home. The search recovered a liquid methamphetamine mix of 1799 grams, a total of 1072 grams of marijuana and several hundred pills from various prescriptions with many being Xanax. Large amounts of drug paraphernalia, suspicious property, a large box of ammunition and other items were recovered to be held as evidence. Additionally, some suspicious substances were taken into custody for further testing at the Colorado Bureau of Investigation’s Crime Lab. Charges on six subjects are as follows:

Chris Harvey (41 years):

Unlawful Distribution, Manufacturing, Dispensing or Sale of a Controlled Substance > 225grams – Drug Felony 1st degree

It should be noted Chris is currently on Parole and has a recent arrest out of Saguache County for Felony Menacing with a Firearm

Donny Jaramillo (61 years)

Unlawful Distribution, Manufacturing, Dispensing or Sale of a Controlled Substance > 225grams – Drug Felony 1st degree  (Charges Pending)

Lenite Harvey (49 years)

Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance > 4grams – Drug Felony 4th degree

Letisia Serna (36 years)

Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance > 4 grams – Drug Felony 4th degree

Criminal Possession of a Financial Device (another person’s credit card) – Misdemeanor 1st degree

Kayla Muniz (27 years)

Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance > 4 grams – Drug Felony 4th degree

Warrant for Failing to Appear on False Reporting an Incident case

Francisco Villa Lopez (42 years)

Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance > 4 grams – Drug Felony 4th degree

It should be noted that Francisco was just released on bond for a Monte Vista Police Case
