The first ever “Valley’s Largest Flea Market” is slated for Saturday July 30th from 10a-4p, presented by San Luis Valley Broadcasting. The event will bring together the top vendors in the valley, selling all kinds of goods and services. In addition to the vendors, valley residents will be on hand to sell used household items, tools, toys, bikes and many other items! The Valley’s Largest Flea Market is promoted by KSLV-FM, KYDN-FM and Fox Sports SLV.
In addition to the vendors and residents, there will be a giant rock & roll memorabilia display featuring gold records from dozens of artists, autographed guitars from Led Zeppelin, Metallica, Aerosmith, Van Halen, AC/DC, George Thorogood, Alice in Chains, Bush and Goo Goo Dolls. Autographed lithographs from Michael Jackson, Soundgarden, Linkin Park, Jennifer Lopez and an drum head autographed by Kurt Cobain and Nirvana inscribed with a special message just weeks before Kurt committed suicide. Also on display will be sports memorabilia including boxing gloves autographed by Muhammed Ali and George Foreman.
Admission to attend the event is only $3.50 for adults, $2.00 for students and children under 10 are free.
