23 Monte Vista residents woke up to broken windows this morning, after a rock throwing spree last night. Quick work by the Monte Vista Police Department has already resulted in the arrest of at least one suspect.
According to Monte Vista Police Chief George Dingfelder, they received complaints from 23 victims. One of those filing a complaint was the Rainbows End Thrift Store (pictured) on the corner of Adams and 2nd St. Chief Dingfelder estimates the damage so far at $40,000. More details to come.
