Public Service Announcements are for Free Community Events, Fundraisers and Non-profit entities/events. If you submit a PSA request, we do not guarantee that it will get recorded nor do we guarantee that it will play during normal business hours 6a-7p as we may be fully booked with paid advertising. PSA’s are recorded when we have time to record them and they run when inventory is available. Please do not contact us to find out if your PSA has been done.
If you do want to submit a PSA, please write a script for us to record – your PSA is more likely to be recorded if we don’t have to write or edit your script. Limit your script to a :30 second spot. You can use this free script timer to check your script: https://www.vidyard.com/script-timer/
Please write your script in 3rd person (they/them), not 1st (I/we/us). When we record them, we represent the radio station and cannot record it in 1st person because we are not you and we do not want to be contacted about your event to answer questions.
Do not submit your PSA a few days before your event. Better to submit about 2 weeks before to give us time to record and for it to have time to run prior to your event for the best exposure.
We reserve the right to not run your PSA if you discriminate or use profanity.
